Digital strategist with strong performance focus

As a Digital Strategist, you understand all of the digital touch points that a consumer interacts with daily. You are able to create digital marketing strategies that meet clients’ objectives according to their briefings, while also keeping abreast of market trends, consumer insights and data.


  • Create winning pitches to convert prospects into clients
  • Take the lead in strategic workshops with big brands from A-Z
  • Impress clients with custom-made digital strategy plans
  • Follow-up on running projects and advise and adjust where needed
  • Be(come) a well-connected thought leader and ambassador of Stratégie Agency
  • Are an innovator, along with your colleagues of the commercial team
  • Have great analytical skills to quickly understand challenges, objectives and opportunities in many different domains
  • Share our passion for reinventing brands and businesses
  • Sport a creative and open attitude to see things differently
  • LOVE performance! Measuring, setting up KPIs, following them up and improving along the way
  • You identify data sources and integrate them
  • You define key KPI’s and graphs, segments and numbers to display
  • You prepare deep-dive analyses in collaboration with other campaign stakeholders 


  • Are a creative thinker with superb strategic skills. You have a logical approach to implementing brand strategies in a digital ecosystem and you are want to make campaigns that work!
  • Challenger mindset, a brief is a new opportunity to push the boundaries of what can be done
  • Have experience with Google Analytics & enige and experience with online advertising (Eg. Adwords, Google Display Ads or Facebook)
  • Are an analytical thinker that knows how turn numbers into valuable insights and recommendations.
  • You can find structure in a changing environment
  • Strong personality: CEO's don't scare you
  • On the edge of the latest trends in marketing
  • Great storyteller with natural flair
  • Are fluent in Dutch + French + Bonus points for English
