  • You understand a client and their objectives.
  • You are passionate about Always on social media and Social Media Activation
  • You prepare strategic recommendations for our customers based on analysis of target groups, selection of social media, establishment of campaign flows and content pillars, establishment of objectives and KPI’s and budgets across recommended media channels and ad formats.
  • You draft the campaign set-up and content plan following the customer’s feedback & approval on the recommendations.
  • You ensure publishing as well as ad buying in line with the approved content plan.
  • You ensure a proper follow-up & monitoring of the campaigns.
  • You prepare reports based on the above-mentioned analysis and KPI’s in order to discuss those reports regularly with the customer
  • You bring recommendations to improve the strategy.
  • Upon requests of our customers, you prepare digital activation campaigns or translate international campaigns for the purpose of the local market since you know how to optimize campaigns for awareness, traffic or conversion.
  • Reporting to the digital director, you help with the ongoing digitization of Strategie agency and processes.
  • It’s a plus if you have knowledge about SEO, Community Management, Web development or other elements of the digital ecosystem.


  • Have an analytical mind, able to understand and challenge client briefings in order to translate them into a clear digital campaign recommendation and creative solutions.
  • Know how to set-up and monitor paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google and YouTube and are able to monitor them and improve their performance.
  • Want to explore new touchpoints and opportunities to improve campaign strategy.
  • Have a knowledge Google Analytics
  • Keep an eye on the digital ecosystem to be aware of new cutting-edge tools and strategies.
  • Know what CPC, CPA, Pixels, Reach, Custom Intent and remarketing mean and everyone thinks you’re a wizard.
  • Are pro-active, customer-oriented and able to demonstrate empathy and deep understanding of customers’ requirements.
  • Are a fluent communicator, solution – oriented and willing to go the extra-mile
  • Want to learn and create and develop your skills in an international and independent agency.
  • Are able to cope with deadlines in a multi-dimensional environment.
  • Have a first professional experience at Agency or Publisher’s level of at least 3 years in digital marketing.
  • Are fluent in NL/FR and ENG
