After Sofidel bought over Lotus from Georgia Pacific, the brand - name and identity - had to disappear out of the Benelux market. Following this milestone, we at Strategie got the mission to imagine a new brand that was close enough to Lotus so that consumers would automatically shift from the old to the new brand. In order to replace Lotus, we created 2 new brands with new brand territory - without losing consumers!
Based on the societal trends and the consumer knowledge – from qualitative & quantitative research - we defined a new brand positioning, naming, logo & packaging design. Bye bye Lotus. Welcome Nalys!
