THE CHALLENGETo increase awareness of the general public to the services Europ Assistance has to offer, so as to boost online sales and reinforce customer relations.
OUR APPROACHWe accompanied Europ Assistance in its digital development and ergonomic brainstorm in order to optimise the online offer. To make navigation easy for visitors, we completely re-visited the site’s structure and developed a new interface. From the outset, each visitor had to answer a series of questions that enabled them to get direct access to an offer targeted to their needs.
The information is better structured and therefore easier to reach.
