OUR APPROACHUsing the opportunity of a launch evening, we set up a direct mail campaign that targeted clients of Volkswagen dealers by inviting them to discover the brand’s new model.
Once opened, the e-mail’s futuristic look was intriguing, and perfectly in tune with the official invitation which rapidly followed in the post. The mailing’s original design offered a fun way to discover the car’s strong points and technological innovations.
From the digital save-the-date to the creative print invitation, we completely personalized the communication surrounding the event. We notably attributed a unique code to each person so as to confirm their presence on the site.
Collecting this information will enable Volkswagen to go further in the study of the customer path so as to offer tailored welcomes, services and follow-ups.
