To make the brand human

VAL is owned by Brasserie Haacht.
The VAL products are sold in cafés and restaurants where beer from brasserie Haacht is on offer. They compete with big brands like Coca Cola and SPA.

We did a repositioning exercise and wrote the brand story based on interviews with members of the family who own Haacht.

And then we surprised our client with an unusual design proposal. We transformed the existing bland, abstract design into an appealing, retro-looking product that attracts the eye and introduces human and natural clues. We co-developed a new bottle design, new crates and new glasses.

We assisted the client in the launch of the new range by developing teasers and direct maillings for the B-to-B clients.
